The Apartments

The Casale contains six comfortable apartments of varying sizes decorated with traditional Umbrian furniture. Each apartment is named after a species of tree.

 

Quercia (Oak)	Pioppo (Poplar)
Ground floor apartment. Sleeps seven. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, large living room with a double sofa bed and a second sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower while the other has a bath. The living room has a fireplace and three patio doors that look south over the gardens with a view of the Monti Martani. Independent entrance.	Second floor apartment. Sleeps six. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The living room faces west while the bedrooms face east. The living room is spacious and gets a lot of light during the day. There is a fireplace. The kitchen is large with three windows.
Olivo (Olive)	Noce (Walnut)
First floor apartment. Sleeps six . Double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment faces east with a view of the Monti Sibillini. There is a fireplace in the living room.	First floor apartment. Sleeps six. Double bedroom, bedroom with three beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette in the living room, and bathroom with bath. It faces west.
Leccio (Holm Oak)	Lauro (Laurel)
Ground floor apartment. Sleeps four. Double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The living room looks west, while the bedrooms face east. There is a spacious living room with wooden beams and a large fireplace. Independent entrance.	Ground floor. Sleeps four. Double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The living room has a fireplace and two patio doors that face east across the gardens. There is a double entrance.

Renting periods

Casale is open all year round. In high and mid season the apartments can only be rented for full weeks at a time. Arrivals are on Saturdays (by 5 p.m.) and departures on the following Saturday before 10 a.m.
During the low season it is possible to rent the apartments for weekends (from Saturday to Monday or from Friday to Sunday) or mid-week.
