The cellar is situated at the heart of the estate, directly below the manor house. It has recently been enlarged to incorporate a new system that uses gravity feed during vinification, therefore avoiding the use of pumps.

All the wines are produced from the estate’s own grown grapes in order to offer a product whose potential, characteristics and quality can be controlled and evaluated at every phase of production. The estate is certified organic, and therefore no chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides are used and the wine cellar also observes the organic guidelines.
